Insurance isn't generally associated with digital innovation but all that is changing. We've changed the face of insurance before and we are doing it again. We need people who are passionate about understanding how people behave online and want to help drive the next generation of digital insurance services. People who want to be involved in a company that aims to create a whole new experience for insurance.
You will be responsible for the timely production and communication of Digital performance insight, data and management information, supported by detailed analysis and commentary enabling focus on areas that will drive improved performance online on a daily tactical level. You will provide pro-active insight / reporting support to the Performance and Digital teams, identifying opportunities and bringing these to fruition with agreement from the team. You will work with the Insight Manager to conduct deep dive analysis in aspects of the digital journey to pull out trends, opportunities and issues from traffic sources to inform the optimisation of the digital channel (make recommendations and measure outcomes)
