Overview

The Activation team is the main interface between our clients and the rest of the business. We are not only responsible for building great relationships with our clients and delivering award winning digital campaigns, we are also accountable for the growth and development of our client’s businesses. Whether that involves being first to market with new digital channels, supporting measurement journeys, providing innovative optimisation solutions or educational workshops, we pride ourselves on the strong client partnerships built. 

We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst (SDMA) to join the team and become part of our close-knit family of passionate Activators.

Role Overview

The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst plays a key role within the Activation team. Reporting into the Campaign Manager or Senior Campaign Manager, the Senior Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for both the management of your clients day to day campaign based requests as well as campaign planning, set-up, optimisation and reporting. You will be encouraged to contribute suggestions on how to deliver improvements in efficiency across the business. You will also deputise for the Campaign Manager when needed and support with the training of more junior members of the team.

About the Role

  • Manage and own campaigns across all Amazon channels and platforms, optimising tactics and strategies to produce the best possible performance
  • Create media plans which demonstrate knowledge of your client account(s) and provide new testing ideas for further opportunities
  • Own campaign execution & QA within the buying platforms, proactively troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Optimise campaign performance against forecasts, driving results for continued improvement and providing new ideas and solutions 
  • Manage day to day contact with clients (calls and/or face-to-face) to ensure campaign planning and management is in-line with client expectations, providing feedback and data driven recommendations on how to achieve the best performance
  • Produce end of campaign reports which highlight deeper insight into campaign performance and learnings
  • Provide basic trafficking support as required
  • Build relationships with our Amazon partners to deliver best in class service and opportunities for our clients
  • Train and coach Digital Marketing Analysts to develop and grow within the team 

Desired Experience and Skills

  • 1-2+ years of hands-on in platform experience, ideally across a minimum of 2 of the following digital channels: programmatic display, video, paid search and/or paid social.
  • Amazon or Search experience preferred. Ability to ramp up quickly on Amazon Search/DSP
  • A proven passion for digital media/advertising & technology
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong ability to create and build relationships
  • Experience in client and account management
  • Ability to multitask with great attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills, and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis and internet technologies
  • Enjoyment when working as part of a team

Salary

Our salary banding for this role starts at £28,000 per annum.
