Strong understanding of multifamily interior design process from programming through construction administration and FF&E.
Strong presentation skills, including oral and written communication skills. Working knowledge of interior design and architectural design documentation standards and best practices. Willingness to learn new software as required. Understanding of FF&E bidding processes.
o Production of design presentations for client review at various stages of the project Prepares interior design construction documents
o Takings field measurements of existing conditions
o Leads interior design portions of construction phase services, including field observation, submittal review, and answering RFIs.
o Searching, selecting, and producing FF&E presentations for client review with oversight from Director of Interior Design.
o Production of book format furniture specifications, including custom fabrication.
o Production of FF&E estimates.
Required Experience:
Required Education/Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or equivalent education and experience.
