As a Customer Service (we call it Happiness Delivery!) Quality Assurance Specialist at On, your mission is to play a critical role in supporting the QA team and ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of data related to our quality assurance processes. In doing so, you’ll support a strong and high-performing workforce in collaboration with our internal team and global partners. Your goal as the QA Specialist is to ensure the team analyzes, validates, and reports on quality data, identifying trends and supporting the continuous improvement of our quality assurance initiatives on a global scale.

Your Mission

Data Analysis and Validation

  • Collect, analyze, and validate data related to quality assurance processes, including data from audits, inspections, and other quality control activities.
  • Identify data discrepancies, anomalies, and trends, and investigate root causes for inaccuracies.
  • Help maintain data validation procedures to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare and maintain accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to effectively communicate quality assurance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Summarize and present data findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Create and maintain documentation of data analysis processes, assignments, and quality assurance procedures.

Continuous Improvement Support

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and service providers to help identify areas for improvement in quality assurance processes based on data analysis.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing process enhancements and corrective actions to address potential quality issues.
  • Work closely with the internal Quality Assurance Team to provide data-driven insights and recommendations for process optimization.

Data Management

  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of quality assurance data.
  • Develop and maintain data quality standards and data governance protocols.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of data collection tools and systems to streamline data capture and reporting processes.
  • Manage the internal ticketing request system.

Quality Assurance Auditing

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by assisting in the completion of quality assurance reviews of customer interactions, team member appeals of reviews, and reviewer audits.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing accurate and reliable quality assurance data.
  • Collaborate with reviewers to address quality-related queries and provide requested information.

Your story

  • Degree or certification in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Quality Management preferred, not required.
  • Proven experience working with data analysis and reporting, preferably in a quality assurance or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, statistical analysis software).
  • Knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in working with data.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively present data insights and findings to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality management systems is a plus.
