FMC’s Intern Program is designed to offer a well-rounded experience for participants, combining hands-on project work, professional development, and networking opportunities. Position Overview:

FMC Agricultual Solutions is anticipating growth in both new and existing product lines over the next five years. As part of this expansion, we are focusing on improving the processes supporting our formulations. The Technical Center Intern will work closely with cross-functional teams—including R&D, Operations, and Quality—providing support on various initiatives related to technical documentation, new product introductions, and asset utilization. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to projects that will have a real impact on FMC’s business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Technical Center team in delivering business value through active project support
• Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to develop and maintain technical documentation
• Help implement and standardize new processes across the organization
• Compile, analyze, and visualize large data sets to create informative dashboard reports for leadership
• Participate in professional development and networking events hosted by FMC
• Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure project success

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a BS in Chemical Engineering (Junior/Senior level preferred)
• Prior internship experience in a related field is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and report generation
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to various technical and operational projects
