ABOUT YOUR ROLE 职位描述

New process development/transfer/integration in a manufacturing environment

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:

• The Sr. Process Development leader will be responsible to develop and/or optimize manufacturing processes in manufacturing environment;
• Coordinate design requirements with appropriate team;
• Be the main developer to investigate equipment or new materials for development of new processes -Run tests and evaluate data to determine optimal process or material selection.
• Technical assistance;
• Create workflow the standards for the new processes;
• Regular report to direct manager.

Qualifications

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical and electrical background or related industries;
• Must have knowledge with related product ,process, mechanical and electrical control ;
• 8 years of manufacturing experience at least, have sucessful cases for new process deveopment;
• Good communication skill ,be able to communicate well in English is preferred;
• Good skills in MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and operation system;
• Should qualify with Lean , Six Sigma and manufacturing 4.0 knowledge, project handling exp. in this area is preferred.
• Have C# and Java knowledge is preferred.
• Good visional thinking, integrity, strong sense of teamwork, good communication skills, open mind, aggressive, optimistic, Analyze Problems/Issues, Drive for Innovation, can work under big pressure.
• Willing to travel ;
