We are currently seeking a talented Full Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The Web Software Developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining modern, cloud-native enterprise web applications using the AWS platform. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, Agile SDLC methodologies, understand Serverless Framework, and strong programming skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize an understanding of cloud computing concepts, including cloud architecture, deployment models, and service models, to develop modern, cloud-native, and highly available enterprise web applications using the AWS platform.
  • Apply experience and skills in Agile SDLC and software engineering best practices to deliver high-quality solutions within established timelines.
  • Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native, highly available enterprise web applications using core AWS services such as Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudTrail, and CloudWatch.
  • Utilize proficiency in programming for the AWS environment to implement microservices architecture, API-driven designs, and serverless resources.
  • Use experience in Node.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript libraries, and Typescript as the primary technology stack to build responsive and user-friendly web application solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize application performance to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Create and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Selenium, SonarQube, and other similar CI/CD tools.
  • Incorporate quality and security as first-class concerns in all phases of the Agile Software Development Lifecycle (ASDLC).
  • Apply security best practices to ensure the end-to-end application stack is secure and compliant with federal and DOT security standards.
  • Follow AWS Well-Architected Framework and stay updated with the latest developments in AWS and cloud computing.
  • Apply strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and provide recommendations to stakeholders as necessary.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills to complete tasks and ensure the technical success of the project.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in web application development and cloud computing using AWS technologies.
  • Proficiency in Agile SDLC methodologies and software engineering best practices.
  • Strong programming skills in Node.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Typescript.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and automated testing tools.
  • Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts and AWS services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
