As a Markets Legal (Fixed Income) Lawyer - Vice President in the APAC Markets Legal team, you will provide comprehensive legal coverage for the sales, structuring, and trade teams within the APAC Macro Markets businesses. Your role will involve offering structuring, documentation, and execution management support, along with advice on legal and regulatory issues. You will need to proactively identify issues related to the business and specific transactions, delivering commercially pragmatic advice. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with the Markets Legal team and other functions such as Compliance, Credit, Risk, Operations, Finance, and Tax.
