Job Description

We are looking for creative, dynamic, and self-motivated marketeers with a passion for excellence, and to drive change in the marketing activities in our corporate finance team.

The candidate will deliver and support transformational outcomes across a range of responsibilities spanning positioning, brand narrative, messaging, campaign management, media/channel management and content development. 

The position will be full time and based out of Hyderabad, India

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop marketing artefacts for the Investor community and for internal executive review such as presentations, competitor analyses, press releases, disclosures among a few.
  • Support in devising and sharpening of message and communication to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Own and manage marketing campaign programs (including database management, campaign plan, launch, nurture, and closure) targeted at investor community.
  • Own and develop media plan to strengthen/broaden Cyient’s coverage across channels such as TV media, digital print, social media.
  • Own and manage events related to Investor Relations such as Investor Day and analyst events.
  • Work closely with internal investor and financial analysts as well as other cross functional team members across Cyient towards the above

Desired Skills:

  • The candidate should have proven skills and past experience of managing above similar set of activities – preferably in the outsourcing services sector and desirable if there is previous experience of delivering such output for finance function or teams
  • Strong communication skills – (English) - verbal and written
  • Adept at visualization and design - knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, 3DS, MS Office and similar design tools is a must
  • Understanding of stakeholder expectations and translation of the same to tangible and measurable deliverables
  • Flexible and collaborative in approach. 
  • MBA (any specialization) preferable
