How you’ll make an impact:

AdsWizz (a SiriusXM company) is looking for a detail focused Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator to join our International Talent Acquisition team in Bucharest! As a member of the Talent Acquisition team you will be responsible for guiding candidates through the hiring process and supporting your Recruiters in their efforts to fill open roles supporting AdsWizz and all of SiriusXM’s brands! Kindly note this is a temporary 6-month agreement. Your focus will be assisting the talent acquisition team in creating candidates’ pipeline and executing on a sustainable hiring strategy and providing an exceptional candidate interview experience. 

What you’ll do:

  • You will have to be highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, while managing your time efficiently. 
  • Serve as an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and the important task of building candidate relationships. 
  • Coordinate interview logistics
  • Assisting with requisition management, and providing additional support to the Talent Acquisition team.
  • You’ll assist the talent acquisition team during the entire recruitment lifecycle from start to finish for tech and non-tech job openings
  • Ensure attention to all requests within an adequate response time, assist with job requisition management 
  • Keep all the necessary correspondence with the hiring managers and selected candidates and offers feedback to candidates regarding their application throughout the recruitment process
  • Represent the company at job fairs (online, and offline when that will be possible again)
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly audits of ATS data to ensure consistency and accuracy. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent time and task management skills, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Customer service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond to support the team and business units.
  • Experience supporting and partnering with geographically dispersed stakeholders and team members represent a plus
  • Able to organize and prioritize with guidance; work independently or within teams.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism throughout the entire recruiting process.
  • Curious, flexible, open to change and proactive
  • A keen eye for details
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in teams
  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects.
  • Advanced English skills
  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Excel - including the ability to perform vlookups, pivot tables, formulas, and audit data as needed, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Thorough knowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Calendar).
