We are now looking for a Field Based Brand Manager (FBBM) to work as part of the Novartis Immunology & Dermatology team for Xolair® Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria (CSU). Job Purpose and main responsibilities:
As the Field Based Brand Manager you will have a dual role. You will be responsible for development and implementation for the Xolair CSU brand strategy and operational plans, and are in lead of a cross-functional brand team to ensure optimal treatment outcomes for CSU patients in Finland. Spending approximately 70% of your time interacting with customers, you are responsible for account management among key hospital centers and work closely with various external stakeholders, such as key opinion leaders, therapy area specialists and hospital decision makers in order to develop effective professional partnerships with a complex customer matrix.
You will report directly to the Franchise Head Immunology & Dermatology in Finland.

Minimum requirements The ideal candidate will have:
• University degree in Life Sciences, Marketing or Business
• Minimum of 3 years customer facing brand management experience in dermatological diseases
• Strong interpersonal skills, personal drive for superior results and passion to win for patients
• Fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English
• Preferable residence in Southern Finland
• Readiness for frequent traveling in Finland and also partly in Nordic Countries, due to 70% field time
