Job Description – Partner Sales Manager / Sales Manager Associate (Academia)

Mission

  • Develop and execute the indirect sales strategy through network of Partners or direct sales strategy in the assigned territory.
  • Lead Partners & team to be autonomous selling DS Solutions in the assigned territory.
  • Drive the transformation to achieve the Mid Term Growth Plan & the KPI’s of Industry & Brand Diversification in the assigned territory.
  • Establish trusted relationships with assigned regional customers and act as their DS focal point.
  • Responsible for coordinating the definition and delivery of the Key account strategy for the assigned account in collaboration with VS Channel Leaders and Distributor channel

Role Description

  • Assist the Enagement Leaders, Regional Managers and also the Partners in improving their business operations model
  • Drive either directly or through the Partners channel strategic sales program based on the “what to sell”
  • Provide support to extend DS footprint, upsell and cross-sell
  • Engage directly in key opportunities and involve the Partner at the appropriate stage
  • Identify key customers to address them through an adapted strategic sales plans
  • Define challenging Customer Coverage target and KPI’s to be implemented
  • Develop action plans with Partners to deploy new, customer-focused DS solutions
  • Ensure to launch transition plan for new releases
  • Support the Regional Sales Managers & Partners in managing sales and technical capacity and accurate skills
  • Coach Partners through all the LEVERAGE cycle from demand creation, Value Experience Roadmap definition to closing.
  • Assist the Channel Leaders, Regional Managers and also the Partners to build to ensure sales pipeline on 3 rolling quarters
  • Support Partner in co-marketing activities, motivate all kind of marketing activities needed to build appropriate pipeline
  • Promote PLM vision to targeted audiences (involvement in Partner/DS sales events such as 3DExperience Forum, PLM/Industry Forum, Technical days, Kick off, Seminars etc…)
  • Manage Forecast and pipeline KPIs including following quarters pipeline through 4 rolling quarters cadence with Partners

Job Location – Gurugram / Pune / Kolkata

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Technology or equivalent,
  • 5-10 years’ experience in Technology Solutions Sales with strong knowledge of the Dassault Systèmes solutions
  • Sales experience selling software technology products through directly or through reseller channel sales environments industry
