We are looking for an Digital Technology Integration Architect & Lead who is strategic, collaborative and forward-thinking to join our Digital Technology Strategy and Solutions team, based in our office in Brussels or Braine-l'Alleud in Belgium.

About the Role

You will be working in a team that enables seamless data exchange between systems and partners across the entire value chain. You will own and oversee integration platforms, drive innovation, and ensure the reliability, security, and compliance of our integration technologies. You will play a key role in defining integration strategies, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize our technology landscape.

Who You’ll Work With

You will collaborate with a diverse group of IT and business stakeholders across UCB, including security, architecture, infrastructure, and external technology partners. You will lead integration projects, mediate between IT functions, and oversee external technical teams to drive platform evolution and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage integration platforms, ensuring operational excellence
  • Define and implement integration patterns to standardize approaches
  • Drive platform designs, configurations, and architecture
  • Oversee technology contracts, licenses, and budget
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance and regulatory standards
  • Stay current with technology trends and drive innovation in integration

Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Between 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting roles
  • Expertise in integration platforms (Managed File Transfer, iPaaS, API Management)
  • Strong knowledge of IT architecture, system design, and security best practices
  • Experience in defining technology roadmaps and managing IT service operations
  • Ability to work in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment is a plus
