We are looking for a Digital Technology Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) who is collaborative, strategic, and adaptable to join us in our DT Finance and Procurement team, based in our HQ office in Brussels, Belgium.

About the Role

As a Digital Technology Solution Expert for IBP, you will play a key role in evolving our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders across finance, supply chain, and talent to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models for planning, forecasting, and reporting processes. Your focus will be on planning and forecasting, ensuring alignment with UCB’s strategic objectives.

Who You’ll Work With

You will be part of the DT Finance and Procurement team within UCB. This team is responsible for shaping solutions that enhance UCB’s planning capabilities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver impactful projects.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead IBP initiatives, collaborating with teams across finance, talent, supply chain, and other functions
  • Manage key analytics projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality
  • Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models for planning, forecasting, and reporting processes
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Anaplan solutions
  • Implement best practices to ensure model consistency, data accuracy, scalability, and performance
  • Provide end-user training, support, and troubleshoot issues related to Anaplan models
  • Stay updated on Anaplan trends, enhance company planning capabilities, and integrate with other systems

Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Anaplan model building or any similar tool. Experience with pharmaceuticals or biotech is a plus
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and forecasting, including Opex, P&L, COGS, and balance sheets
  • Experience in project management and stakeholder collaboration
  • Strategic and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English
