We are looking for Senior Enterprise Software Customer Support QA Engineer to join our Compute CUDA Quality Assurance team. This position will be working as a part of a team that is focused providing world-class support to NVIDIA’s enterprise customers.

Nvidia's customers those works on deep learning ignited modern AI - the next era of computing with the GPU acting as the brain of computers, robots and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. You will actively contact customers and develop internal relationships to bring to bear NVIDIA's internal expertise.

What you’ll be doing:

  • We will provide direct support to our NVIDIA Enterprise customers and work to answer questions, reproduce, resolve, or escalate customer issues

  • Support and own lab activities.

  • You will dig more data, analyze much more to improve the performance/predictability of the system.

  • Answer questions, reproduce, resolve, or escalate customer issues, that include Reporting/Updating on supplier performance metrics, questionnaire at different knowledge base forums, including NVIDIA customer sites

  • Own and drive customer issues from inception to resolution

  • Focus on making our customer's customer experience as efficient as possible by improving the ease of use and ease of getting optimal performance.

  • As a key team member make sure to have proper tools and error injection strategy in place for system software areas.

  • You will contribute in bring up of hardware when required and lead/influence/contribute to standards in system management and hardware enablement areas.

  • Responsible to keep task tracking system up to date in agile development environment.

  • Develop test plan and execute testing for Compute software releases on all compute platforms including Tesla GPUs, Nvidia turnkey systems and OEM systems.

  • Monitor various forums on CUDA and provide answers to forum posts

What we need to see:

  • Discipline (BS; MS preferred) and 5+ years' experience in SW QA

  • You will be evangelizing the errors, stats & configuration appropriate to CPU, DIMM, SSDs, NICs, IB, BMC etc. for an enterprise readiness of DGX systems.

  • Excellent follow-up and organizational skills

  • Managing failure analysis process and capability

  • Strong knowledge in QA methodology and pay attention to details

  • Strong knowledge in Cluster and cluster management

  • Should be experienced in developing test strategies, high quality test plans and test execution

  • Should be proficient in building test setups, should have good HW and SW troubleshooting skills.

  • Strong knowledge of UNIX or Linux systems administration

  • Python scripting is a must

  • Able to successfully handle a dynamic workload with minimal intervention from Management
  • You should demonstrate strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and evidence of your ability to represent NVIDIA externally
  • Experience in leading projects and dealing across functional teams are a big plus
  • Experience with machine learning, artificial intelligence, computer vision is a plus
  • Multi years of experience with a leading Enterprise software company and related technologies
