We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual for the role of Principal Engineering & Business Lead. Ideal candidate has both an engineering and business background with experience in multiple disciplines. This position will work independently to analyze and develop strategic leasing terms for wireless infrastructure. Ideal candidate has both an engineering and business (strategic finance) background with experience in multiple disciplines. The successful candidate will develop, and spearhead initiatives designed to disrupt the incumbent marketplace through new agreement design and partnership. The individual will perform financial modeling, strategic negotiation support, executive communications, and collaborate across finance, engineering, and legal departments.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to analyze the economic impact of various leasing scenarios.
• Complete business case analysis for industry disruptive programs.
• Provide strategic support during lease negotiations with the Big-3 tower companies.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize lease agreements.
• Communicate complex financial data and analysis to executive leadership in a clear and concise manner.
• Prepare executive summaries, dashboards, and presentations for senior management review.
• Serve as the main point of contact for partner interfaces and complex contract escalations.

Our Principal Engineering & Business Lead earns between $128,400.00-$192,600.00 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
