As an Investment Banking Lawyer (Capital Markets and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)) in the Legal team, you will provide legal support and advice to JPMorgan’s Investment Banking business in Japan and APAC. You will engage in both transactional and non-transactional matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your role will involve collaborating with local, regional and global teams to implement effective legal strategies and support new business initiatives.
