Job Overview:
The Senior HR Officer: Recruiting/Onboarding/Learning & Development is responsible for recruitment and onboarding processes in accordance with IRC policies and procedures.
The position reports to the HR Manager and works closely with the HR, other Operations teams and Program Teams to ensure effective and efficient recruitment services, onboarding and L&D programs to support program activities in Poland.
