Position Overview

Job Title- SAP Lead Engineer

Location- Bucharest

Role Description

Responsibilities

• Expert in SAP ABAP – RICEFW and SAP technologies in S4HANA / ECC
• Lead overall solution design in SAP Technical area and overall integration of SAP products-SAP S4HANA ABAP / FIORI / Workflow
• Help evaluating various products in market which will help or onboarding new innovations.
• Ensuring project stick to 90% standard SAP S4 HANA solution
• Co-ordinate with SAP architects for critical issues and ensure closure of it and support them in technical designs
• Lead platform related activities including upgrades , production issues (SL3) etc . And ensure production stability
• Provide technology and people leadership to the team

Skills

• 15+ years of experience in SAP Technologies with hands on engineering experience
• Experience of large program implementation, support and platform upgrades
• Experience of working agile delivery model
• Have worked in implementing complex SAP interfaces
• Overall understanding of infrastructure management and SAP product roadmap
• Responsible for solution design, configuration and customization of SAP products
• Implement and deploy SAP solutions to meet the business goals
• Ability to drive the team towards various continuous improvement initiatives
