Position Summary
We are currently searching for a candidate who can drive project management, strategic planning, and excellence within the WW Medical Cardiovascular & Immunology (WWM CV&I) organization. In addition, the candidate will drive the execution of the Early Asset/Indication Medical Strategy team (AIMS). Early AIMS drives the medical strategy and execution for a specific asset and/or disease area (indication), ensuring its deliverables address critical unmet needs of patients and healthcare systems worldwide.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The AD MPM will work with the WWM CV&I Lead(s) to manage AIMS operational excellence. The AD MPM plays an important role in organizing, managing, and communicating the core deliverables aligned to the Early AIMS goals and objectives for specific assets/indications in scope. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for handling complex multi-indication projects, where they will need to prioritize tasks effectively. The candidate must excel in balancing competing priorities and deadlines, ensuring that all projects move forward smoothly and are completed on time, to plan and within budget. This person plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations, strategic alignment, and effective knowledge exchange within the Medical team. Additionally, the role requires providing comprehensive support and project management for the organization, driving key projects to successful completion.
The successful candidate will be a demonstrated leader with the breadth of professional experience and the drive to work with both internal and external partners to define and implement effective project management solutions.
