Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

  • The Financial Analyst (FP&A) Specialist would provide support in financial planning, analysis. As a key member of the team this position creates transparency across key areas of the P&L and Balance sheet within RTL channel. it will provide support to the business partners in planning, analysis, Insights, and reporting, specializing in Operating Overheads (OOH), Margin analysis and channel analysis for the Israel business, ensuring quality and integrity of the financials.
  • Assist retail operations team in liaising with the relevant parties to process the stores financial operations matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Closely monitor Retail performance to ensure all own retail financial related functions are timeliness and accurate.
  • Prepare monthly own retail financial report and provide anlysis comment with actual vs forecast comparison.
  • Communicate with outside parties and the retail operations team with store related financial matters, such as stock take arrangement and other KPIs (CR, Traffic, ASP, WOC).
  • Maintains system SSM of the stores information to keep RTL data updated and accurate.
  • Support and execute Gross Sales, Sales Deductions, Returns, Standard Margin, Net Margin and Operating Overhead analysis for RTL channel for making better business decisions by actively collaborating with business partners and EM HUB.
  • Support business Senior Management and business partners with correct, timely and in-depth standard reporting or selective ad hoc analysis (Dashboards), to assist in making business decisions to achieve growth, profitability, and targets.
  • Support in development and implementation of standardized business controlling processes & tools with ongoing drive for improvements & simplifications.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and derive recommended action steps.
  • Keep up to date with trends in field of expertise.
  • Support ad hoc financial anlysis and reports.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
