Day to day manager of assigned search accounts including optimizations, reporting and client calls; work alongside media, analytics and account teams to ensure campaigns are fully integrated.

  • Overall management and optimization for client SEM accounts to ensure traffic and ROI goals are met
  • Perform keyword research and develop ad copy for SEM campaigns
  • Analyze performance data and implement optimizations to increase ROI of campaigns
  • Work directly with SEM Team, account management, media services, and analytics teams in analyzing and overseeing paid search and content campaigns
  • Partner with analytics to create A/B landing page and creative ad testing and analysis and propose search product enhancements for campaigns
  • Write and edit ad copy for A/B testing purposes
  • Build bulksheets, tracking URLs and launch campaigns
  • Maintain budget and spend allocation for campaigns based on set goals
  • Develop bidding strategies and implement automated bid management rules within paid search management tools such as Kenshoo
  • Manage paid social media marketing campaigns across partners such as Facebook and Twitter
  • Work with cross functional departments and sales offices to align with goals and objectives
  • Perform regular competitive research analysis for all campaigns
  • Stay abreast of new tools, trends and best practices in search marketplace through research and/or industry events and conferences
  • Perform research for potential link building targets
  • Perform link building outreach to acquire links
  • Utilize tools such as Majestic SEO, Search Metrics, Raven Tools, Google Webmaster tools and other to perform analysis of client websites


  • 2-3 year experience managing Pay-Per-Click accounts (Google AdWords, Bing Ads) preferred
  • Strong web analytics background and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong Excel skills with the ability to create pivot tables and perform v-lookups
  • Knowledge of Web Analytics software, such as Omniture, WebTrends, Google Analytics and bid management tools like Kenshoo, Marin or DART 
  • Healthcare/Pharmaceutical background a plus
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing, business or any quantitative or analytical related fields
