About the Role

iCapital is looking to hire an Assistant Vice President or Vice President to join the Enterprise Solutions team, specifically focused on platform partnerships. This position will play a key role in assisting with the management, development, and maintenance of our current third-party partnerships, and workingwork closely with senior members of the Platform Partnerships team to uncover new growth opportunities and prospect new relationships within the Wealth Management industry. 

This is a critical, technical role focused on the delivery and ongoing support of iCapital’s full suite of technology solutions, spanning alternatives and structured investments to the independent wealth channel and enterprise partners. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing our company’s strategy in establishing strategic partnerships that extend access to and further embed iCapital as part of the Wealth Management ecosystem. 

Responsibilities 

  • Assist in the development and execution of the company’s overarching strategy aimed at supporting the Platform Partnerships business line.  
  • Play a key role in management and maintenance for existing strategic clients including wealthtech platforms, custodians, and client reporting partners. 
  • Lead platform and system demonstrations for new prospects, lead responses to RFPs, and work collaboratively with internal and external cross-functional teams on iCapital’s suite of enterprise technology solutions.
  • Assist in outreach for new prospects, collaborating with senior members of the platform partnerships team on business development strategy.  
  • Collaborate with other relationship managers, sales teams, implementation specialist,s and other colleagues across the company to drive tactical and strategic initiatives and partnership implementations. 
  • Take ownership of projects and provide strong analytical support to teammates.  
  • Develop presentations with significant internal and competitive analysis for internal meetings and projects.  
  • Work with internal technical partners to create a product offering that meets the needs of our clients.
  • Drive process improvement, in part by organizing ongoing partner and prospect requests as well as leveraging available technology.  

Qualifications 

  • 6+ years of experience in a business development or relationship management capacity, with a focus on digital partnerships within wealth technology, private markets, or enterprise technology sales 
  • Direct experience working for or with wealth management, wealthtech or fintech firms is highly preferred 
  • Extensive knowledge of alternatives and/or structured investments is highly preferred 
  • Experience with SAAS offerings and wealth tech platforms 
  • Strong interpersonal and sales skills with direct experience in servicing clients 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a high level of attention to detail  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  
  • Strategic mindset and ability to work independently 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects with little to no oversight 
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses is preferred 
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or financial field preferred, MBA or Graduate Degree is a plus

Benefits 

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $170,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
