Make your mark for patients
We are looking for a Learning Manager – US Neurology with experience in sales, implementing and coordinating learning projects, marketing, and facilitation to join our US Learning & Development Team. This hybrid role is based in our U.S. Headquarters Office in Smyrna, GA.
About the role
You will act as an outstanding course facilitator. Delivering learning experiences that inspire, build competencies, and improve individual's and team’s performance. You will be responsible for keeping up to date with and rapidly implementing the latest trends and methods in learning delivery. You will lead the content development process either by self-development or orchestrating with external partners to ensure deliverables align with stakeholder strategy in the execution of continuous skill development and facilitation of material.
Who you’ll work with
You will partner with key internal customers (learner) regarding new hire training, launch preparation, PIM planning/execution and pull-through.

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $124,000 - $162,800 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
