Modality Sales Specialist, EC

Role Summary:

Be responsible for driving strategy of products and services in the assigned BU (Emergency Care product, AED, Defibrillator). This role is to lead Korea AED / Defibrillator GTM and set up the strategy, also closely work with EC channel and build KOL relationship as well. As a member of APAC EC team, closely work with APAC.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Drive order and sales national EC product with PAM team.
• Deploying strategies and tactical plans including customer needs synchronized with the business clusters and district objectives.
• To lead strategy on different type of market , B2B/B2C for AED , Hospital for Defibrillator , and EMS market.
• Define and manage distributor requirements, responsibilities and duties.
• Sharing information and educating our partners and customer.
• Lead seminar and exhibition and generate customer meeting and lead.
• Build KOL relationship.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience in the medical devices is mandatory.
• 10 years’ experience or more is required.
• Developing and managing customer needs and generate deal.
• Understanding on Defibrillator.
• Able to actively build networks with key contacts in hospital.
• Full understanding of area of specialization; able to resolve a wide range of issue from customers.
• Analytic ability and problem solving skill.
• Good communication skill.
• Basic knowledge on Defibrillator/ AED is preferrable.
