Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an EE Manager/Sr. Staff Engineer located in Taiwan Taipei Wugu Site.

Reporting to the EE Director, the EE Manager/Sr. Staff Engineer role involves to lead testing team or act a professional Sr. Staff Engineer to complete each EVSE project to meet customer’s requirement.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Lead and manage teams of development EVSE,AC/DC,DC/DC EV charger
  • Provide design solution and implantation, including auxiliary Power Module (APM) ,On-Board Charging Module (OBCM), Integrated Dual Charging Module (IDCM), Power Inverter Module (PIM).
  • Provide technical support on test specification and requirements.
  • Design topology application review with knowledge on debug and design review with end customer.
  • Component standardization, optimize design and deep drive on cost reduction.
  • Overall project responsibility in all aspects on EE design related- from project kick off to end of M.P.
  • Tolerance analysis and simulation.
  • Issue duplicate and solved
  • Design and develop electrified components to specification and manufacturability.
  • Perform homologation testing and reporting.
  • Perform component and sub-system level testing to meet functional objectives and SAE certifications.
  • Design responsible for HV system and EV Charging subsystems and architecture for electrified programs.
  • Strategize technology road maps for commodities.
  • Promote innovation and conduct benchmarking

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Master or above degree in electronics or electrical.
  • 10 years' experience for EVSE EV Charger, Power inverter module, APM, OBCM and IDCM.
  • Capability of team work in multi-task environment.
  • Good capability DAD/DC, DCDC Buck, Boost, LLC Resonant, HV Single Phase /Dual Phase Power Inverter …etc. circuit development
  • Good written and speak communication skills in English.
