The Digital Solutions (DS) Department of the Stanford GSB seeks an experienced and highly skilled Business Analyst/ PM within the Delivery group. Having a customer experience centric service mindset, the Sr. IT Business Analyst/PM will execute substantial techno-functional, operational, project management, and quality assurance efforts with university-wide focus & impact. We seek a creative problem-solver and an enthusiastic team player with a keen interest in developing mastery at the intersection of the fields of technology and higher education. We are looking for a skilled senior IT business analyst who can define and document system requirements and manage technology projects for building, improving and maintaining sophisticated, business applications with an expectation to deliver high quality products and services that meet their needs within appropriate timelines and budgets. These applications support GSB’s critical functions and program offices who in turn supports faculty, graduate students, staff, and alumni. Our team aids faculty, graduate students, and staff with an expectation to deliver high quality products and services.
This Business Analyst role requires someone who can wear multiple hats and can coordinate & communicate with diverse business partners, understand & elicit business problems, suggest & design solutions, document requirements, and work with our technical team to build an outstanding product. If you are resilient, flexible, highly motivated, able to solve complex problems, and want to be a part of a phenomenal community, this may be the right opportunity for you. In this role, along with supporting operational activities, you will contribute towards all phases of a delivery project, including systems analysis, architecture and technical design, development, build & release, and maintenance. You will be expected to provide innovative solutions to grow and stabilize the technology platforms along with improving the processes. You are a self-motivated, rapid learner, a seasoned thought partner, and an exceptional communicator with the ability to translate between business and technical partners.
The Senior IT Business Analyst will work a hybrid schedule, typically being present on campus a minimum of 2 days per week. May work extended hours, evenings and weekends. The hybrid work schedule could be adjusted in future to better suit school requirements.

Working Conditions:
The expected pay range for this position is $150,525 to $174,035 per annum.
