We are seeking a dynamic and digitally savvy Supply Chain Project Manager with hands-on supply chain operational experience and a strong background in technology project management.
This individual will act as a bridge between software engineering/technology teams & supply chain operations teams. This individual will be guiding the development of innovative software solutions and leading multiple technology-driven projects. The ideal candidate is a continuous learner, adept at emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML), and capable of serving as a Product Owner, Supply Chain Advisor, and Project Manager.

Responsibilities
- Provide insights into supply chain operations to guide the design & development of software solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to technology teams by translating operational challenges into technical requirements
- Identify risks associated with supply chain processes and propose technology-enabled solutions
- Manage end-to-end delivery of supply chain projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables
- Promote Agile and other project management methodologies to optimize project execution
- Evaluate and integrate AI/ML models to enhance supply chain analytics and decision-making
- Stay informed about technological advancements in supply chain management and recommend their adoption where feasible
- Drive process optimization initiatives by leveraging data analytics tools and emerging technologies
- Conduct lessons learned sessions post-project completion to identify areas for improvement
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication of project goals
- Prepare regular status reports for senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities
Requirements
- Overall, 14 to 21 years of experience required, including hands-on experience in E2E supply chain operations & implementing digital supply chain initiatives
- Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience across supply chain operations and technology project management
- Proven track record of managing medium to large-scale technology projects within the supply chain domain
- Knowledge of global supply chain trends and regulatory requirements
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Continuous learner & digitally savvy
- Proactive in building & maintaining stakeholder relationships
- Preferred experience in Banking/Healthcare/Automotive/Retail domains
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations / Supply Chain, Information Technology, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred
- Familiarity with ways of using AI/ML techniques for predictive analytics, modeling in supply chains
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Jira
- Good knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
Nice to have
- ASCM / APICS CSCP, MIT MicroMasters, PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt
- Certifications in AI/ML technologies (good to have)
