What you´ll do

  • Manages financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets and analysis reports for Adhesive Technologies business unit
  • Tracks KPIs and provides in-depth analysis, gives suggestion for the areas to be improved
  • Drives and supports the business by assisting business leaders to take best informed decisions
  • Communicates and presents pro-actively CO topics to GMs and other business contacts
  • Provides independent & objective information to ensure a systematic control and strict monitoring of planned objectives
  • Ensures compliance/governance ensuring the correct application of internal and external guidelines in terms of Financial
  • Reporting Spreads financial CO knowledge and consciousness across the company
  • Drives continuous improvement in CO relevant concepts, processes and tools Project management 

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering with 7-10 years of progressive experience in business controlling, financial planning, and analysis.
  • Proficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and interpreting financial statements.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business operations and the ability to align financial strategies with overall business goals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across teams and functions.
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring and developing team members.
  • Excellent command of English both in speaking & writing
