Responsibilities:
1. Subject Matter Expert:
a. Bring insights from industry about latest tech developments and recent client problem statements.
b. Guide technical team on understanding the industry requirements and help in creation of solution around the requirements
c. Guide design team to create wireframes around the functionalities to make solution presentable to clients
d. Talk to industry CXOs, CIOs to get feedback on existing tech solutions and gather insights for future roadmap
2. Business development:
a. Create pipeline for prospective clients in industry
b. Evaluate the technical maturity of each of the prospective client to decide strategy to acquire the lead
c. Evaluate the financials of the prospective clients to define the spending capacity for technology initiatives
d. In coordination with Markets team, reach out to all the prospective clients and showcase the capabilities
e. Conduct the in-depth walkthrough cum demonstrations of the application to the prospective clients using updated wireframes as well as live environment as per the requirement
f. In coordination with technical team, showcase the solution architecture, integrations and advantages of the platform
3. Approach notes & Proposal writing:
a. Create customized approach notes for all the prospective clients as per their ask & requirements
b. Create detailed technical proposals for the clients requesting further details.
c. Detail out the scope of the work along with detailed feature list with assumptions and integration points
d. Updating the client credentials for showcasing the advantages of the solution
e. Keep on evolving on the decks as per the design guidelines of the firm
4. Client Management:
a. Communicate with client to build the rapport and achieve client satisfaction
b. Maintain log of activities, to track the timelines
c. Maintain log of shared files, to keep track of all the documents shared with the clients as well as team
5. People Managment:
a. Assist in recruitment process by participating in interviews, if required
b. Train the team members regarding the subject expertise
c. Define goals and conduct annual evaluation of the team members, if applicable
6. Cross team collaboration:
a. Collaborate with other practices in firm such as to create holistic offering for the clients
b. Collaborate with teams in different geographies, such as Bangladesh, ME etc. to cater to health tech requirements of oversea clients.
c. Evaluate the tech startups, to explore prospective JBR for betterment of solution offering

Education qualification:
B.E. / B.Tech / MCA/ M.E/ M.TECH/ MBA/ PGDM. All qualifications should be in regular full-time mode with no extension of course duration due to backlogs
