The Opportunity 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting professional to join our Business Consulting team as an Assistant Manager / Manager. In this role, you will work closely with senior and junior consultants and lead project teams to deliver impactful solutions in several fields, namely Workforce, Strategy, Operations, and Sustainability, for our clients across the local private and public sectors, as well as the EU through PwC network project opportunities. Your ability to analyze complex business challenges, develop strategic recommendations, and implement effective solutions will be key to your success.

Your responsibilities 

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our PwC Business Consulting team in Advisory. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to: 

• Collaborate with a wide range of clients to develop long-range growth strategies and provide strategic recommendations aligned with their business objectives. 
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges. 
• Guide clients in setting clear strategic priorities and aligning resources for desired business outcomes across a broad range of areas. 
• Identify key drivers of enterprise value and translate them into actionable planning, reporting, and decision-support frameworks. 
• Support clients in making informed strategic and operational decisions that enhance their business performance. 
• Oversee the commercial aspects of project delivery, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation, ensuring deliverables are shared on time and within budget. 
• Manage project teams to ensure high-quality deliverables that meet project objectives and satisfy client expectations. 
• Support business development initiatives by attending introductory client meetings and managing the process of writing and submitting proposals. 
• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels, through client meetings and interactive workshops. 

What You Bring 

• University degree in areas such as Business Administration, Management, or any other field that may be of relevance in combination with existing work experience. 
• Around 5-8 years of proven experience in providing consulting services, with primary focus on strategy formulation and planning, organizational design, and operational and business process improvement. 
• Highly motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, with an ability to take initiative, solve problems and deliver results. 
• Ability to manage teams, delegate work, and coach junior team members. 
• Confident, articulate and able to communicate (verbal and written) in a clear and effective manner. 
• Strong organisational and reporting skills. 
• Highly organised with a strong sense of initiative and personal responsibility. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
