• Global Conversion Progress (GCP)ビジネスプロセスによる変更と新規プロセスの適性確認。
• ツール/レチクル/ケミカルサプライヤのリリースを通じて、プロセスの所有コスト、スループット、パフォーマンスを改善。
• スクラップの削減とエクスカージョンの防止／軽減。
• サンプリングや検査ステップを最適化することで、RDA全体のサイクルタイム管理とキャパシティをアシストする。
• 改善活動を文書化し、ネットワーク内の関連工場と共有する。
• OCTと長期プロジェクトに取り組み、工場内のBKMを改善・調整する。
• インライン検出を改善するためにサプライヤーと協力し、プロセスの妥当性を判断する。
• 必要に応じて他のプロセスループをカバーする。
• 常に工場の規律を守る
• 必要に応じてリーダーを務める
• Mumetric/YMSまたは同様のメトリクスシステムを維持する。
• SOPに従い、ラインの健全性を毎日更新すること
• 効率的な実行のため、日々のタスクやミーティングに優先順位をつける
• 技術論文の執筆を奨励する
• 必要に応じて週報を提出
