IAM responsibilities.
- Report building, monitoring and reporting analysis for IAM Operations functions.
- Responds to incidents and requests to make changes to Active Directory and other IAM related systems.
- Monitoring of Active Directory, Azure and other IAM related systems.
- Managing the operational infrastructure of the Active Directory environment;
- Contributing to continuous improvements within the organization;
- Developing reports/tools to help manage the environments;
- Performing product life cycle management for the active directory environment and associated software;
- Providing expertise to business units and projects on Active Directory;
- Supporting technologies of the enterprise Active Directory environment including Azure AD;
- Assisting the business with Active Directory administration and support;
- Monitoring metrics and key performance indicators to ensure SLA's are met;
- Must stay abreast to all leading technologies surrounding access management, task coordination, incident management, and project delivery and performs related duties as required.
Job Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications/Education:
Strongly Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience writing scripts in Power Shell.
- 1-2 years of data analysis
- Proven knowledge and experience regarding architecting and implementing hybrid Identity infrastructure with multiple AD Forests and Azure AD/Office 365
- Power Apps
- Scripting knowledge on PowerShell , Python
- Development Knowledge on Visual C#
- Database Azure SQL and SQL Server
- Cryptography
Other Preferred (one or more) Certifications:
MCSE Cloud platform and infrastructure
MCSA Windows Server 2016 / 2019
