As a Senior Project Manager, your key responsibilities will be to manage large sized project that are approximately $50M or greater. After completion of successful proposal/bidding process, this position is accountable for all aspects of a project’s success, to meet or exceed the clients’ expectations, to the profitable completion of the job, with a special emphasis on safety performance. It is essential to be reliable, self-motivated, goal oriented, organized, and professional. Critical for success are excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work well in teams and quickly make decisions.

What it takes:

  • Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination
  • Specialized training
  • Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
  • Proficient in Scheduling, Estimating and Project Controls Software
  • Demonstration of previous successful management of heavy civil construction project(s) greater than $50M
  • Experience managing alternative delivery projects, including, but not limited to, design/build and Construction Manager General Contractor (CMGC) - desired
