Position Purpose:
Seeking world-class talent to join the world’s leading distributor of automotive and industrial replacement parts and value-added services operating 5,500+ locations and servicing more than 20,000 locations in the U.S and Canada. Specifically, this role will function as the Manager, Analytics – Digital Product, responsible for leading a team, analyzing the adoption, and performance of the various digital products that we launch, as part of our Digital & omni-channel experiences. Working with a highly talented team, you will play a key role to build and run one of the world’s largest automotive and industrial replacement parts operations.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital ecosystem, and they must possess a high level of ability to work closely with the Product & UX team to understand the different features and solutions that are being built, so we can measure their adoption & success.
The manager will be part of a fast-paced team and environment, that is leading the digital transformation for a 100+ year old brand in the Automotive Retail space. They will lead and manage a team of analytics experts, that capture and analyze our digital and customer data to discover actionable insights for digital products, in an omni-channel retail environment, working with cross-functional partners.
This role needs a strong understanding of digital ecosystem, and the candidate must possess a high level of ability to work closely with the Product & UX team to understand the different features and solutions that are being built, so we can measure their adoption & success.
