CUBIC-Modulsystem is a growth-oriented company under Rockwell Automation. CUBIC develops the market's strongest solution for building electrical panels as well as customer-designed enclosures. We are looking for a Global PT Manager who oversees the planning, development and implementation of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products. You will report directly to the Director – Global Operations located in Denmark, Bronderslev.

We are seeking a manager to join our team. Are you ready to lead a skilled team within production technology. Do you want to play a key role in driving new investments, improvements and optimizing performance of both heavily automated and manual production equipment? As a PT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a diverse team, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects across multiple regions. You will lead a dedicated team of Technicians to increase the technical uptime of equipment, ensuring strong delivery performance. This position is ideal for someone who excels at managing teams, problem-solving, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prioritize engineering resources according to overall production strategy and objectives.
• Implementing new investment in all factories - From idea to operation.
• You will maintain the roadmap for technology used in the factories and warehouses to ensure prompt deliveries and efficient use of resources.
• Search for new technologies and qualify them for decision.
• New product implementation - When investments or new processes are needed
• Industry 4.0 Development and strategy
• Development plans for "standardized practice" used at all factories.
• Global investment budget/Time schedule for implementation
• Process specialist - Punching, Painting and Tooling's for excentric and hydraulic lines.
• Risk management - Machines and equipment

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• 5+ years of management experience.
• Mechanical or electrical engineering degree or similar.
• Specific knowledge and experience with sheet metal fabrication.
• 3+ years Project Management experience
• Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Knowledge to powder painting process will be an advantage but not a demand.
