As the Physical Therapist you will:
- Provide skilled physical therapy services consistent with licensure as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team.

Qualifications
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Graduate from an accredited PT program, required.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: Appropriate state PT license, required.
