Position type: FTE with Innova (Full time Employee)

Location: Minnetonka Minnesota, US

As a Technical Data Architect Lead you will:

This role is primarily responsible to design systems using Azure cloud. Work with the team and client POC’s in taking care of the delivery and plays a lead\architect role in the day-to-day deliverables and driving the tasks.

  • Responsible for designing data infrastructure strategies, including the overall enterprise data management framework, data security, and compliance.
  • Act as primary architect for design patterns, test structure, CI/CD process and QA process
  • Experience in building Data Late/Data Mesh/ Data Fabric
  • Experience with at least 2 cloud platform Azure/ AWS/GCP / Private.
  • Experience in building cloud agnostic
  • Guide team to develop prototype, refine layouts and exports to stakeholder as per the requirements.
  • Experience in Design of data pipelines using cloud based ETL\workflow management tools like ADF,AWS Glue, Talend Airflow etc. and using programming languages like Python.
  • Experience with Azure cloud services: Data Lake, Data Factory etc.,
  • Flexible and able to take up new role and responsibility as per companys direction
  • Should possess strong strategic thinking and data modelling skills, while data engineers often have more hands-on experience with programming languages, data pipelines, relational databases, and NoSQL databases.
  • Focus on designing and implementing data management frameworks and Data management, Infrastructure management, Security, Data modelling, Database design & Data warehousing.
  • Strong knowledge on RDBMS concepts
  • Networking/Security domain experience is added advantage.
  • Experience in designing multi-tenant databases.
  • Design conceptual and logical data models to support the business requirements.
  • Responsible for designing frameworks and policies governing how data is collected, stored, and managed within an organization.
  • Collaborate with Sales/CTO team to refine proposals, conceptualize new Data solutions, review and respond to RFPs.
  • Work with Senior Management to build a roadmap for Data and Analytics. Follow best practices for data systems design\development and diligently enforces them across the projects through combination of process, education, training and sufficient review processes.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (English) to interface with US clients directly and verify in proficient in all types of communication modes – Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Expertise in database and systems architecture design, development and implementation.
  • Experience in Azure\AWS cloud, Restful APIS, database and ETL\ELT design.
  • Data management skills including ensuring data integrity, data access, security and archiving procedures.
  • Experience on Azure cloud environment will be preferred.
  • Certifications: SQL Certification and Azure certifications if any.
  • Good communication skills with project team members as well as client stakeholders and business users
  • Experience in design, documenting and maintaining technical design.

Pay Range*: 132,500- 155,500

  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
