Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

Covering our Newstead clinic, as the Retail Consultant / CPAP Therapy Consultant, you are employed on a part time basis working 22.8 hours a week.

Our clinics' primary objective is to assist our clients/patients with tailored end-to-end solutions, treatments and management of obstructive sleep apnea.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Full and comprehensive trainings are provided
  • Being the first point of contact for our new/existing clients
  • Interactions are either over the counter and/or phone and emails
  • Providing advice on CPAP equipment, set-ups and on-going services
  • Interacting with physicians, hospitals and medical service providers
  • Upselling of our products and services
  • Maintaining and sterilising clinic equipment
  • Processing orders and clinic stocktake

Are you a MATCH?

  • Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in clinic
  • Sound customer service experience: customer lifecycle stages
  • Computer skills and confidence in using google suites
  • Interest in CPAP therapy/sleep medicine
  • Strong organisational and administrational skills
