Introduction to Role:

Join our dynamic team at AstraZeneca as a Technical Specialist in Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing (EBRM). In this role, you will work closely with the wider EBRM network and Global EBRM CoE to ensure we have full documentation, processes, and guidelines for all of our attraction platforms. You will also ensure that any attraction activity can be fully tracked from the original source through to our ATS, working closely with our internal HRIT teams and external partners. 

Accountabilities:

Your responsibilities will include managing systems administrators across our platforms, maintaining and improving relevant training, process and guideline documentation, and working with the EBRM Managers to ensure source tracking is in place for all campaigns and new platforms. You will also be responsible for managing all digital assurance concerns as they arise, running and analysing reports in various platforms to assess performance, and joining monthly and quarterly calls with our suppliers to ensure any product updates and enhancements are being tracked and updated in any documentation.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience of working in a Talent Acquisition function
  • Deep knowledge of the general recruitment process
  • Takes a data first and analytical approach
  • Systems thinking approach
  • Experience of working with external vendors
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Desirable

  • Knowledge and understanding of key recruitment marketing platforms
  • Experience of digital recruitment marketing
  • Experience in using data and recruiting forecasts to build campaign strategy
  • Pharmaceutical sector experience
