Market and product strategy development and execution
• Develop and execute strategy to achieve market growth and product performance related goals.
• Ensures that appropriate market insights, customer segmentation and customer behaviors are used to develop strategy.
• Lead team to develop plan to execute strategy as per various milestones
• Use Strategic Pricing as tool to get optimum value for our products and services
• Lead competitor analysis work and use the same for pro-active decision making
Demand creation through application and customer based solution
• Create more demand through combination of product application and customer based solutions in space of sweetener and other starchy product.
• Build customer and market insights and use the same for demand creation.
• Work closely with customer organization, internal Cargill R&D org and external resources to convert ideas into commercial success
• Lead “Product & Portfolio” as well as “Demand Review” group within IBP to ensure that business is always on track to deliver short term and long term revenue & margin goals.
Sales Planning Development and Implementation
• Develop sales plan to support business strategy Translates long-term sales strategy into defined and quantifiable sales objectives, goals and definition of targets (i.e. growth rate, gross-margin contribution, profit criteria, revenue).
• Responsible for the development and execution of the detailed plan of activities to pursue, reassess, and ensure sales targets and goals are achieved.
• Lead and coach team pro-actively to ensure that plan is executed well and risk are identified and managed well in time.
• Use customer segmentation, strategic pricing and all other tools well to execute sales plans
• Ensure that market share and margins are managed as per overall business strategy as well as tactical sales plans.
• Co-ordinate exports and inward trading opportunities into Indonesia with regional GTM organization.
Customer Satisfaction and Service incl freight management
• Ensure that business is able to maintain and grow its customer satisfaction level.
• Lead customer service team in a way that sales team is able to focus on revenue and demand creation.
• Freight and transportation management is done which allow us to serve customers in most efficient way at cheapest cost.

• Minimum bachelor degree & ideally MBA in Marketing or Business
• 10+ years of Marketing and sales experience, with 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
• Proven experience in creating new revenue stream through business development, customer solutions, new products or application.
• Excellent sales / commercial skills
• Demonstrated business capability, adapt at strategic thinking, analysis, proactive decision making, and leading/driving change
• Proven ability to interact, build relations with and effectively influence individuals at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve conflict in an effective and timely manner
