We at RB are looking for Area Sales Manager or ASM for North Eastern State Association with Guwahati as the base location. The Area Sales Manager achieves and exceeds value and volume sales and 4P objectives through an efficient and effective sales force within the budget, time and policy parameters. The Area Sales Manager reports to the Zonal Sales Manager and heads the Sales team in the zone. The role holder interacts continuously with the Marketing, Trade Marketing, Key Account, Finance and Supply team. Externally the role holder interacts with the distributors, wholesalers, retailers, stockholders and third-party contractors.

- Finance

- Market Coverage 
- Direct and Indirect Presence & Placement 
- Distributor/ Super Stockist Management 
- Managing Competition 
- Reporting/ Administration 
- Forecasting 


PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE- 

- Qualification- MBA (Sales and Marketing) 
- Experience in an FMCG environment 
   - 1 to 3 years (top B-schools) 
   - 5 to 8 years (other) 
- Strong knowledge of field sales and trade marketing
