Your job? As a Product Owner, you will be a senior leader and act as a mini-CEO for digital products, co-defining product strategy with M&S leadership, planning product roadmap, driving product delivery with delivery teams, and measuring/optimizing business impact.

Main responsibilities:

In this role you will own and deliver one of our Digital Smart Factory Products – SPC – Statistical Process Control.

SPC (Statistical Process Control) is a centralized GxP-validated tool that provides access to process and analytical data within Sanofi. This digital tool offers features for plotting available data (such as control charts), reporting, and alerting on out-of-trend process steps. It supports individuals on site who are not fully autonomous in accessing and analyzing data, especially where significant time is required for manual data preparation activities, data monitoring, trend detection, investigations, report generation, and process understanding for optimization.

Here are the main missions of the Product Owner

• Own products from a "What", "Why" and “Outcome” perspective
• Define, create, and communicate products roadmap aligned with business priorities and supported by business cases, shopfloor research and competitive analysis
• Manage product delivery and documentation, ensuring requirements collection, process and solution documentation, and solution development meet defined milestones
• Deliver products that are easy to adopt and use, contribute to roll-out across factories or launch teams and constantly monitor and improve usage and user satisfaction
• Manage backlog prioritization of work and be accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint while ensuring enough focus is put on experimenting breakthrough ideas
• Work with Scrum Master and delivery team daily, clarifying context and expectations, addressing ambiguities, being available to solve issues
• Inspire the team, raise the ambition and bring a unique vision and perspective for what is possible

About you

Experience:

• Product management or building complex digital solutions, preferably with experience in manufacturing or industrial development
• Experience in a biopharma or biotech company is a strong plus
• Experience with Agile and Digital transformation in complex, international environments

Soft skills:

• Strong drive and ability to build & share product vision
• Excellent communication & presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders
• Proven business sense, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with business/other teams
• Structured, organized, and capable of managing multiple topics and priorities.
• Track-record of problem-solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment
• Strong cross-functional leadership & influencing skills
• Curiosity, creativity, sense of detail, first principles and “get things done” mindset

Technical skills:

• Solid knowledge of Lean or Agile practices, User Experience & Application Design
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and its applications in manufacturing and quality control1.
• Familiarity with GxP regulations and compliance requirements.

Education:

• Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent scientific field, with 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare or biotech.
