Sr. Manager, Ecommerce (Americas Packs)

A day in the life of a Sr. Manager, Ecommerce (Americas Packs)
on the Americas Eastpak, JanSport and Kipling Commercial Team looks a little like this.
The Sr. Manager, Ecommerce (Americas Packs) will lead the Americas JanSport, Eastpack and Kipling Digital businesses. The role is responsible for leading the strategic development and sales growth of all brand sites. The role will be a website visionary in creating an “epicenter” and critical touchpoint for the brands seamlessly combining acquisition, user experience, conversion, and personalization initiatives in the Americas region. The role will collaborate across all website and ecommerce functions including but not limited to site UX, operations, performance metrics associated with experience & conversion, CRM/data acquisition, site merchandising, and marketing calendar. The ideal candidate will have combined website development and eCommerce experience working with a cross-functional teams to best align brand and grow revenue. This role will have 3 direct reports, Associate Site Operations Manager, and (2) Digital Site Merchandisers and will directly report into the Head of Digital, America Packs.

Strategic Planning & Execution:
Data Analysis & Optimization: Utilize data analytics to monitor performance metrics, optimize conversion rates, and implement continuous improvements to website performance and marketing effectiveness.
Digital Marketing: Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute SEO/SEM. Align with marketing team on email marketing, social media, and content strategies that drive traffic and conversion.
Product Management: Work closely with product team to manage online product catalogs, descriptions, images, and availability, ensuring an accurate and appealing presentation. Provide regular reporting to help shape future product strategy.
Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate with operations team to optimize inventory management, fulfillment, and shipping processes, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the ecommerce operations team with a growth mindset, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability. Build a great partnership with the marketing and creative teams to make sure our website(s) are best in class and can meet and or exceed our consumers expectations.
Budget Management: Manage the ecommerce budget, making data-driven decisions to allocate resources effectively and achieve financial targets.
What do you need to succeed?
We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you’ll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 8+ years in an eCommerce focused internet operations role. With 5 of those years in showing experience managing a team towards growth.

Hiring Range:
$129,360.00 USD - $161,700.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
