We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate National Accounts Manager to join our US Wealth Intermediary Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive growth and increase market share for State Street investment products.

Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

As an Associate National Accounts Analyst, you will

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth of model portfolio solutions across national accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key home office decision makers and platform partners to ensure alignment of client objectives and SSGA distribution efforts.
  • Serve as an expert and point of contact for the Envestnet Premier Partnership Program, focused on driving adoption of model portfolio solutions across Envestnet’s platform.
  • Support the onboarding and ongoing management of key accounts, ensuring successful implementation of models, SMAs, direct indexing, and alternatives.
  • Maximize potential of regional consultants through collaborative planning and sales strategy execution.
  • Coordinate and conduct presentations, product training, and due diligence meetings to educate clients on our investment strategies, performance, and competitive advantages.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to inform sales strategies and enhance market positioning.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales activities, pipeline development, and market insights to senior management.

What we value

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in asset management sales with a proven track record of success in building and managing relationships with intermediary decision-makers.
  • Strong understanding of ETF intermediary distribution with a preference for experience in model portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and asset management industry trends.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively across a large organization.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
  • Strong product knowledge of ETFs, mutual funds, separate accounts, and capital markets
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses strongly preferred

Salary Range:

$80,000 - $132,500 Annual
