Join the team at Lincoln Tech and become our next Partnership Accounts Manager! Take the helm in managing key industry relationships that will propel Lincoln Educational Services forward. As a trusted representative of our company, you'll oversee the administration and execution of partnership agreements under the guidance of the Director/VP of the ITP Group. Together, we'll cultivate and expand industry connections to drive revenue and foster growth. This position will be remote based with significant travel, primarily within the Southeastern U.S. Candidates from the region preferred.
Responsibilities of a Partnerships Accounts Manager
- Builds effective business relationships with key managers responsible for the delivery and execution of training programs for their organization.
- Establishes a strategy for the execution of training programs for a single or multiple locations, including, facilities, recruitment, and education.
- Creates and implements a strategy to meet all expectations of each contract while working in coordination with the appropriate company representatives as well as campus/corporate leaders.
- Works with the Business Development Team to add additional sites or opportunities to the training contract as they arise.
- Represents the Company at national, regional, and local industry related meetings and conventions.
- Provide the campuses with additional members to their advisory committee.
- Provides documentation including consistent and accurate reports on activities and challenges.
- Ensures compliance with policies and procedures, ethical practices, and the guidelines of government and accrediting organizations.
Requirements of a Partnership Accounts Manager
- Be able to prepare comprehensive reports and represent ideas clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Skill in MS Office Suite of Programs
- Have the ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining trust and good working relationships.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and proven history of timely tasks and project completions.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high level, quality work and output.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, purposeful and team environment.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Account Management role with demonstrated history of successful management of industry partnership training contracts
