Duration: 12 Months Contract

Salary: $50.00-$60.00/Hourly

Role: Learning Experience Designer

Primary Skills: Instructional Designing

Role Description: The Learning Experience Designer must have 5+ years of experience. We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer with a strong background in instructional design and user experience. 

The ideal candidate should have a keen design eye, strong execution skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests from various stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

Soft Skills:

• Strong task management and execution skills, with the ability to quickly act on specific directions.
• Effective communication skills to manage requests from multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and execute deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in Learning Experience Design.
• Expertise in instructional design and adult learning theory to create innovative and engaging learning experiences.
• Experience using a variety of learning mediums and tools to enhance learner engagement and impact.
• Strong graphic design, video editing, and authoring tool capabilities for developing modern learning content.
• A strong portfolio showcasing learning experience design work, including websites and digital content.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Degreed, a skills-focused learning content library.
• Familiarity with Allego, a learning platform for sales enablement.
• Knowledge of SumTotal, Fidelity’s Learning Management System (LMS) for managing and tracking learning programs.

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience

Relocation: This position will cover relocation expenses
