Are you ready to take on an exciting and challenging role as an Infrastructure Engineer specializing in site supervision for district cooling plants in Saudi Arabia? If you have a passion for ensuring the successful execution of district cooling infrastructure projects, maintaining the highest quality standards, and promoting a safe and collaborative work environment, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

As an Infrastructure Engineer focusing on district cooling plants, your duties and responsibilities will be crucial to the success of our projects. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations specific to district cooling systems. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality will be essential as you monitor the progress of construction activities, perform regular site inspections, and provide technical guidance to the on-site team. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control measures, conducting inspections and audits, and guaranteeing the delivery of a high-standard district cooling infrastructure project.

Safety is a top priority in this role, and you will be expected to enforce safety protocols and ensure that all site personnel adhere to safety regulations and best practices, with a specific focus on the unique safety requirements of district cooling plants. Staying up-to-date with local regulations and ensuring full compliance with Saudi Arabian construction laws will be crucial. As a leader and team player, you will foster a collaborative work environment by effectively communicating with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, and providing guidance and support to junior engineers and site staff.

Here's What You'll Need:

To excel in this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field, with a master's degree being a plus. You will need to have proven experience as an Engineer in district cooling infrastructure and construction projects, with a minimum of 5 years in site supervision roles. Experience working with chilled water systems, thermal energy storage, and associated piping and pumping stations is essential. A strong understanding of Saudi Arabian construction regulations and standards, excellent project management skills, and proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering tools are also required.
