(Junior) Operations Manager - Greece & Cyprus (m/f/d)

ABOUT YOU

Working closely with our Business Development team as well as all operational teams, the International Markets team is involved in the entire development process – from identifying new markets to the scaling of existing markets. If you know one of our target markets by heart and already have some business knowledge achieved through first-hand experience in an e-commerce business or fashion, you are the perfect fit for the team.

As a (Junior) Operations Manager – Greece & Cyprus (m/f/d) you will be in charge to ensure operational excellence across the entire customer journey of our greek-speaking shops.

Responsibilities

  • Daily monitoring of the KPIs within the customer experience and operational space and based on this initiating conversations with responsible stakeholders e.g. in logistics or customer service to ensure operational excellence in our shops in Greece and Cyprus
  • Translation and localization of various texts from German and English for the Greek audience (eg. sales campaigns, newsletters, push notifications, fashion content, marketing materials)
  • Quality assurance across app, desktop and our mobile shops and testing of new features
  • Competitor monitoring & benchmarking (track sale campaigns, collaborations with celebrities and influencers, newsletter and push notifications strategy, services)
  • Community management (engage with our community, respond to app reviews, understand our customers’ pain points)

Requirements

  • A first work experience in areas such as operations, linguistics, or related fields
  • Good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Native speaker competence in Greek language (oral & written)
  • Fluency in English (oral & written) & basic german skills (better german beneficial)
  • Good communication & stakeholder management skills
