A growing training team is seeking an experienced, highlymotivated Training Consultant who has a proven track record in designing anddelivering product training on complex IT & Finance-based systems, to bothhigh-profile clients and internal staff. You will be highly organised, possessexcellent communication skills, and be well versed in working to tighttimescales as well as building and managing relationships with remote teamsspread across multiple locations and time zones. You must be autonomous, accountable,a self-starter, and have an unfaltering passion for developing others as wellas yourself.

Please note this regional role will require both nationaland international travel (sometimes up to 2 weeks at a time).

Duties & Responsibilities of the Role

  • Deliver Training to Clients or Internally toExperian colleagues across a breadth of PCC functionality and components
  • Consulting with Clients to analyse and agreetheir Training Needs in order to meet their requirements and expectations
  • During project implementations ensure trainingis effective and facilitated as scheduled
  • Organise post project training requirements
  • Preparation of materials
  • Documentation for new PCC functionality andreleases
  • Updates on existing documentation to incorporatechanges to functionality
  • Training packs for each of the courses delivered(manuals, exercises, presentations etc)
  • Design of client specific materials
  • Creation of internal knowledge guides
  • Work with Global PCC/Tallyman Teams (such asTechnical Authors, Product Development, Training Department) to ensure trainingmaterials and versions are kept up-to-date for this region
  • Working with Project Managers, Sales, ProjectConsultants to plan upcoming project training and/or existing client additionaltraining requirements
  • Keep up-to-date with PCC roadmap and arrangeinternal sessions to brief teams
  • Understand and participate in performancemanagement processes
  • Actively contribute to a culture where the fairtreatment of customers is at the heart of the Experian business. Take personalresponsibility to ensure that you adhere to all regulatory requirements andapply appropriate controls in the interests of our customers

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

  • Excellent product knowledge including functional and configuration of the system to meet business requirements. Tallyman or PCC experience extremely beneficial
  • Understanding of databases
  • Understanding of MicroStrategy Reporting Tool
  • A working understanding of Oracle or SQL
  • Ability to understand technical aspects of software
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Training experience- proficient in training methodologies, curriculum or program development, evaluation and soft-skills (communication skills, critical thinking, time management, autonomy, team building etc.)
  • Must be commercially aware and able to focus in both departmental and company strategy
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver training programs to high-profile blue chip companies, utilising skills in instructional design, program design & development, training methodologies and process change management
  • High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
  • Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously under pressure to tight timescales
  • Self-starter, able to work independently
  • Superior organisational skills, attention to detail/level of quality, communication (written and verbal)

Previous experience of working with financial services industry or in a process change implementation is desirable

Ability to travel both nationally and internationally (approx. 20-30% of the time)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
