Duties: Employ business analysis methods, modeling, project management, and related optimizing methods to assist Jazz Pharmaceuticals management in business decision-making and reaching better business outcomes. Formulate business intelligence requirements and models and define relevant business data parameters and requirements. Understand business processes, business data, technology platforms, and integration within the Commercial technology landscape. Perform exploratory data analysis and data visualization. Develop metrics, reports, and dashboards to drive business decisions. Work closely with business managers and external consulting vendors to achieve delivery of IT solutions. Contribute to the achievement of business goals and develop partnerships with the commercial organization (sales, marketing, managed care, trade and distribution) to develop and deliver solutions to business challenges.
Required: Bachelor or foreign equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field.
Required: 5 years progressive experience as Lead Analyst, Biomedical Engineer or related occupation.
Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of prior work experience in each of the following:
Defining business intelligence requirements, developing conceptual data models, and designing, building, and testing business data sets Preparing project and steering committee materials related to projects and ensuring compliance with business practices, policies, and processes to ensure project delivery Leading projects using system integrators and global and virtual teams Exploratory data analysis and data visualization Developing metrics, reports and dashboards to drive business decisions Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed requirements and functional specifications including process maps Identifying current- and future-state business processes Evaluating and selecting external vendors and coordinating vendor relationships Position requires 10% travel, fully reimbursed by employer.
